Quite often in our churches preparation for the sacrament of confirmation focuses only on following a program or a book. This makes young people only feel like spectators of their faith. During this session, we are going to review the invitation made by Pope Francis during the 2016 World Youth Day in Krakow, Poland, to the youth of the world: “Dear young people, we didn’t come to this world to vegetate. … No, we came to leave a mark.” During this session, we will be talking about how we can take advantage of this time of preparation to excite young people in their Catholic faith.Katherine Angulo
