Our website utilizes various technologies to make browsing and ordering as easy as possible, but there are a few requirements. For the best experience be sure that your web browser (Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, etc.) is up to date and that cookies and Javascript are both enabled. If these features are disabled, you may experience some setbacks while using the website. Ensuring you have these essentials may alleviate problems with logging in, placing orders or accessing your orders through your account page.


Finding What You’re Looking For

There are a few tools at your disposal when browsing the products in the store:
  • If you know exactly what you are looking for, then the search may be the most effective way to track down the session you’re after. The search bar is located near the top of the page to the right of the menu bar;
  • If you’re not exactly sure what the name of a session is, you can select the conference that the presentation was held and see a complete listing of the products;
  • Once in the product listing page, you can sort the products by name and by price. If you need to verify the session number of the presentation you can find it in the title of each session in the product listing.

Purchasing a Product

Once you’ve added the product to your cart, you can review and edit the items in your cart by clicking on the “Shopping Cart” link at the top right of the store pages once you have logged in. Once you confirm that you have all of the correct products with the correct names and session numbers, you can proceed to our online checkout by clicking on the links available in your shopping cart. It is important to be sure that you are purchasing the correct items. In the case of downloadable files, should you receive an incorrect file because of a verifiable order processing error, CSC will permit you to download the correct file. Refunds will be given only if products cannot be delivered as ordered or if detective disc cannot be replaced.
When checking out for the first time, you will be asked to create an account. This account is the way that you will be able to access your orders, so keep your user name and password in a safe place.

Accessing Your Orders
Once you’ve completed checkout, your orders will be available for viewing in your account page. With the “My Account” link, you can view or change account information as well as find all previous orders. (Click on the View button to bring up your prior orders.) The “Shopping Cart” link will show the current items ready to purchase.


Accessing Your Purchased Downloadable Products

Once you have completed checkout, your downloads will be available in your account page. First, go to your account by clicking on the link at the top-right of the page titled “My Account.” On this page you will find a list of your orders. When you click on the View button, you have access to your MP3 downloads. Note that downloads are available only after payment has been fully processed and the order status is “Complete.” You will be able to download each file a maximum of 3 times.

Clicking on the Download link will bring up a dialog box that will allow you to either Open the file or Save the file to your computer. Click “Save As…” and place the file in a location where you can easily find it on your computer. To listen to your downloaded audio files, you can open them with your preferred audio player, including Windows Media PlayerWinamp or iTunes
